Maintext continues a series of events on reliability management

The Maintex company jointly with Meridium and GE held a seminar "Building an organization focused on reliability" in Moscow on December, 8th, 2016. The subject of the event caused serious interest among industrial enterprises. Over 60 people participated in the seminar. Among the attendees there were representatives of such major companies as Severstal, Uralchem, Gazprom neft, Polyus Gold, NLMK, Metalloinvest, Rosneft, MMK, SIBUR and many others.

The main speaker of the seminar was Daniel Rodas - leading reliability methodologies and asset management optimization practicioner at GE Meridium, with extensive hands-on experience. Daniel has presented various approaches to build reliability department in the company, mentioned the cultural issues of reliability, correct alignment of objectives and priorities.

After Daniel's presentation participants were able to see the following presentations - Anton Melnik, GE Meridium (Building the program of projects for reliability) and Mikhail Meshcheryakov, GE (Condition diagnostics, predictive analytics, asset performance and reliability management as a single integrated solution).

The event completed with a panel discussion, moderated by Managing Director of Maintex, Roman Romakhin. The participants discussed all phases of implementation and development of the reliability program – from first steps (analysis of the current situation, the transformation of the organizational structure, personnel training) to deep aspects of RCM/RBI methodologies, analysis of information flows, integration of Meridium APM and EAM solutions, process control systems, systems for predictive analytics and diagnostics SmartSignal and System 1, etc. The participants discussed effective techniques and approaches to reliability, which combines in the platform of Meridium.
